Our hiring process includes:
Skills and Candidate Search: Our recruitment team actively seeks employed and transitional candidates. This is done through job boards, networks, referrals, and a range of other sources.
Initial Candidate Screening: After a potential candidate(s) is identified, our recruiters contact them to ask proprietary questions. This is done over the phone to analyze their interest and technical/cultural competency in line with LinearStat and helps us further screen talent and compatibility.
In-Person Interview: If a candidate(s) is selected after the phone screening process, they are invited for a more thorough interview to check their compatibility with LinearStat. This phase includes testing candidates' decision-making skills and their regard for customer service and satisfaction in person.
Technical Screening: This step involves a proprietary technical screening test that tests the individuals' skills and focuses on better service over everything else. This test also helps us analyze their style, philosophies, depth, expertise, and other skills necessary for the role.
24/7 support availability
Reference Check: Once all the screening processes have been completed, we move towards checking at least three references to ensure their integrity, performance, character, and work ethic.
